Who we are

Mandala Charts is provided by HAILO Ops Ltd, [company address to be confirmed]. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean HAILO Ops Ltd, and "you" means the person using the service. You can contact us at [contact email to be confirmed].

Using Mandala Charts

By using Mandala Charts you agree to these terms. The solo chart maker is free to use. You can use it without an account, in which case your charts are stored only in your browser, or you can sign in to save them to your account.

Please use the service lawfully and do not try to break it, overload it, get into other people's accounts, or use it to store or share anything illegal or harmful.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into it.

Your content

The goals, drivers, actions and notes you put into Mandala Charts belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can run the service for you, for example to save your charts, show them on your other devices, generate AI suggestions you ask for, and let agents you connect read and update them.

Share links and AI agents

If you create a share link, anyone with the link can view the chart, and edit links also let them change it. If you connect an AI agent, it can read your charts, update cells and tick off actions on your behalf. You are responsible for who you share links with and which agents you connect. You can revoke a share link in the app, and you can disconnect an agent in that agent's settings or by asking us.

AI suggestions are generated automatically and can be wrong or unsuitable. Please check them before you rely on them.

Early-bird founding access

We are offering founding access to Teams and Agents to 20 people. Founding access costs £49, paid upfront, and covers your first year. After the first year, your price stays locked at the founding rate.

You can have a full refund if you ask within 14 days of payment, whether or not you have used the product. To request one, email [contact email to be confirmed].

Founding access is by invitation. Payment is taken by Stripe, and we grant access to your account by hand after your payment arrives, so there may be a short delay before it shows up.

Changes to the service

Mandala Charts is a young product and will change. We may add, change or remove features. If a change significantly affects something you have paid for, we will tell you first and, where it is fair, offer a refund for the part you cannot use.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Mandala Charts running and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will always be available or free of errors. Please keep your own copy of anything important, for example by using the export buttons. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending your use

You can stop using Mandala Charts at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Our privacy notice explains what happens to your data.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
